Matt Scranton Looks Forward To Good Conditions In Virginia Dinwiddie, Va - Matt Scranton is excited about this weekends Torco Race Fuels Nationals. The conditions for this weekends event look to be favorable for the Florida based drive and his race team. "We are looking forward to racing in some cooler weather than we have had at our last few events" said Matt Scranton. "We feel we can run with the top car at Virginia." Scranton is nearing the end of his rookie season as an NHRA Pro Stock driver. While the season has not been picture perfect, Scranton feels he and his team have taken on a lot of valuable information that will be a benefit in the future. "We knew 2007 would be a learning year for us. We did enjoy great success at the Gatornationals. But in reality we are a new team in a highly competitive class. All in all I am not disappointed about what we have accomplished so far this year." Scranton expressed his gratitude to sponsors, Tial Sport, Great Gazebo and Mickey Thompson. The team plans to try some of new tricks based on what they have learned in testing.
